children domestic Violence Counselling

Our specialist domestic violence counselling services for children and young people aim to provide a safe, empathic and trusting relationship that facilitates growth and healing.  Child-Centred Play Therapy is used when working alongside children from 3-10 years of age.

This approach provides the child with the freedom to express and communicate difficult emotions and supports children’s healing through creative means.

Our counselling services also support young people from 11-17 years of age. During our time spent with young people, we support them to identify and express painful emotions such as fear, guilt and anger.

Our counselling services empower young people and promote healthy interpersonal relationships, positive self-esteem and resilience.

Our services are free and available for people who live or work in the Logan/Beenleigh and Redlands regions.

We accept self-referrals and referrals from other organisations or doctors.
