The Body Spark Project with Tatia Power

Embrace your body and get comfortable in your own skin!

Everyday women are bombarded with messages that their bodies are too much, not enough, unworthy, not right, shameful. The diet and beauty industries makes billions of dollars off womenʼs insecurities. The BODY SPARK PROJECT is a vaccination against it.

This 3 hour, transformative program is an introduction to positive body image. Join us to explore why so many of us have poor body esteem and how to reclaim a sense of joy for what your body can do rather than how it looks. Tatia Power is a Body Image Movement Global Ambassador, Cossie Confidence Model and trained in the Free To Be program by the Butterfly Foundation. She is passionate about helping women learn to embrace their amazing bodies and find a spark of joy for life.

$35 payable on registration. Please talk to us if affordability is an issue but you are keen to attend.

Thursday 19 September • 10:00am - 1:00pm • 29 City Road, Beenleigh
