Laughter is a known stress buster, helps bring clarity to mind, and helps us feel connected to self and the here and now. This workshop aims to help you to learn more about emotional regulation and resilience, while offering practical and fun activities to lift your mood immediately. You don’t have to be a comedian by any means to enjoy this session! Sorry, no kids at this one!
