Reconciliation Action Plan Journey

The Centre for Women and Co. began work on our Reconciliation Action Plan towards the end of 2020 in partnership with ATSICHS. We are humbled to have the opportunity to work with such an incredible organisation as we journey through our RAP and beyond. Our vision for reconciliation will acknowledge the rich history, challenges and hopes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people by journeying together in co creating a new storyline at The Centre for Women and Co.

The Centre for Women & Co. alongside ATSICHS have taken a different approach to our Reconciliation Action Plan. Each year The Centre for Women and Co.’s Reconciliation Action Plan has a different theme, interconnected and bloomed from the previous year’s growth. The learning journey of our RAP approach is harnessed across three distinct indigenous worldviews and values – Wisdom, Dreaming & Achieving and Connection.
