RISE is a series that comprises of 6 x two-hourly sessions. RISE aims to increase participants' knowledge about their rights to safety, develop boundary-setting skills, understand the concepts of power and control, learn about and unpack healthy vs unhealthy relationships, and build upon self-love, self-care, self-compassion and empowerment.
