FLOURISH WORKSHOP SERIES

The Centre for Women & Co.’s  Flourish workshops provide a safe and encouraging space to learn, heal and grow.

Through a series of 5 workshops, you will:

  • Develop healthy sleep and nutrition habits

  • Learn the importance of and how to create a routine

  • Gently challenge behaviour patterns that do not serve you

  • Be curious about critical self-talk and how to practice kindness and compassion for yourself

  • Learn about emotions and how to manage difficult feelings

  • Practice setting healthy boundaries

  • Learn about attachment styles and the role they play in your relationships

  • Identify impacts of trauma and learn adaptive coping strategies

WORKSHOP 1 - NOURISH

A workshop to nourish your mind, body and emotional well-being.

Register your interest for an interactive workshop to discover the importance of ‘the basics’; sleep, intuitive eating, movement, routines, mindset and personal values.

WORKSHOP 2 - CULTIVATE

A workshop that helps you to grow and tend to your feelings and emotions.

Register your interest for an interactive workshop focused on understanding emotions and feelings, identifying and working with attachment styles, coping with difficult feelings and expressing feelings in a healthy way.

WORKSHOP 3 – DIGGING DEEP

A workshop that asks you to dig a little deeper than the last two.

Register your interest for an interactive workshop focused on learning about your inner critic, identifying and addressing unhelpful patterns and learning strategies grounded in acceptance and commitment therapy.

WORKSHOP 4 – DIGGING DEEPER

A workshop to gently help you move forward from trauma.

Register your interest for an interactive workshop focused on understanding your body and mind’s adaptations to trauma and learn how to restructure unhelpful thoughts that lead to painful emotions and unhelpful behaviours.

WORKSHOP 5 – BLOOM

A workshop that will help you create a safe space for you to grow.

Register your interest for an interactive workshop that will help you appreciate your body, learn the importance of and how to create and maintain healthy boundaries and give yourself space to flourish.

We encourage you to participate in the full series as each workshop is run as part of a block – one per week for five weeks – to help you move through emotional, mental and physical growth with support.
